Lidia Zessin-Jurek (Unlikely Refuge?) and Katharina Friedla were invited to present their book “Syberiada Żydów polskich” by the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. The meeting took place on March 11, 2021, as part of the Department of Research on Eastern Europe’s History and Memory series, and was conducted by Tomasz Stryjek and Martyna Rusiniak-Karwat.
